1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneClawd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OneClawd provides a platform for deploying AI-powered assistants on messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Slack. We host and manage the infrastructure required to run your AI assistant.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; engage in illegal activities; harass, abuse, or harm others; distribute malware or harmful content; violate any applicable laws or the terms of the third-party messaging platforms you connect to.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. API Keys and Credentials
You are responsible for providing valid API keys and bot tokens for the channels and AI models you connect. We encrypt credentials at rest and never access your message content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
