We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate your account; process payments via Stripe; send important service notifications; and improve the Service based on usage patterns.
3. Message Content
We do not read, store, or have access to the content of messages sent through your AI assistant. Messages flow directly between the messaging platform and the AI model you selected. We only facilitate the connection.
4. Credential Security
All API keys and bot tokens you provide are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to the deployment processes that need them.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and the AI model providers you select (Claude/Anthropic, GPT/OpenAI, Gemini/Google). Each has their own privacy policy that governs their handling of your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and deployment configurations within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from the dashboard settings. You can also request a complete data export by contacting us.
